Hampson Clinic Management’s greatest strength is the ongoing nature of their attention to the evolution of the program. Greg is regularly available and frequently says “We want you to have the program you need and are here to make that happen”. They mean it! We interview, counsel, treat and sell contraceptives to hundreds of clients each year. Hampson Clinic Management is user friendly, fast and efficient. We have many users –full timers and casual staff. HCM is easy to follow, fast to teach, simple to use but capable of handling hordes of data entered by multiple users. Behind the scenes, administrative abilities for a small group of senior staff allows for the initiation of continued improvements. The Practice site lets us work the kinks out before going Clinic wide. It is here that the problems and the solutions are uncovered and rectified.

Benefits of the new program to the function of the Clinic have been many: increased efficiency in appointment booking; improved birth control inventory management; and improved tracking of client information such as test results and prescriptions. The system is able to generate accurate statistical reports that are helpful for program planning and day to day decision making. Further reporting functions are under development. It was of benefit to work in collaboration with a local company to build a program to fit the needs of The Clinic. Investment in this highly secure web-based technology will allow for growth to meet future potential needs such as use at more than one location or a paperless client record system.
